As Assistant Store Manager of our Albany store, you will be crucial to the success of Animates. Your proven people management skills and leadership experience will be key in providing the Store Manager with the support they need to deliver customer service excellence, drive sales, coach the team whilst meeting the high operational standards and financial targets we expect.
To thrive in this exciting role you will need:
Previous supervisory or store management experience;
Proven experience coaching and developing a successful team;
An exceptionally friendly and engaging manner to build a regular customer base and grow sales;
Operational experience to identify key priorities, meet deadlines and delegate;
Strong verbal communication skills, and,
A positive ‘can do’ attitude.
This position is full time and applicants must be available to work weekends, late nights and public holidays as required.
