Details of the offer

Operations management of the store
Developing and maintaining total quality management system to ensure that the best services are provided to the customers
Receive and maintain stock accurately and maintain necessary records
Manage stock levels to maximise sales and ensure no stock outs
Undertaking the required ordering and set the prices, so as to maximise the sales
Keep up the professional business communication with existing and new suppliers/sales representatives
Responsible for in-store promotions,layouts and displays
Cash handling and following the company procedures to keep it safe
To promote the goods of the store by putting the specials on and undertake required advertising of the stock
Planning and developing the product mix to be presented for the customers
Complete store opening and closing procedures on predetermined days
Knowledge of checkout operations as well to work in the absence of other staff members and to give training to new hired staff
Knowledge of local and Asian fruits and vegetables as well as herbs required
Knowledge of Indian Spices and ingredients can be helpful for future business growth
