We are on the hunt for a passionate industry professional to step into the role of Assistant Restaurant Manager for our fast-paced restaurant.
Working side by side with the Kitchen Manager, this role is the heart and soul of success, ensuring effective and efficient restaurant operations. You will be a brand ambassador behind this incredible business, upholding a strong reputation and brand name at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
Effective management of all front of house staff ensuring quality of product and service for Customer Satisfaction.
Provide communication with back of house management and staff.
Maintain restaurant presentation, cleanliness and product integrity
Staff management including performance reviews, training and recruitment alongside your manager.
Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership of aspects of BOH operations.
Opening/closing of restaurant

Who is our ideal Manager?
A minimum of 12years' experience within a fast paced or similar kitchen environment is essential.
We are looking for a leader! Someone to not only run the restaurant, but motivate and inspire your team around you.
Previous team management is an absolute must.
The ability to work under pressure and multi-task is key.
Flexible working availability. This role will involve some weekend work.
