About the role

The primary focus on preparation, execution and monitoring of production plans and New Product Introduction (NPI). Ensuring that products are ready to be distributed to customers in timely manner and replenishment is completed whilst adhering to stock level targets.
Key responsibilitiesPlan and prepare daily / weekly production schedule
Plan and establish manufacturing sequences according to product characteristics / requirement
Authorizing and releasing of daily production process order with full material in place
Monitoring production schedules in adherence to relevant requirements and alters schedules to meet unforeseen conditions to meet committed delivery dates. Work with functional team to perform root-cause and gap analysis, and to find solutions.
Replenishment planning for finished goods for warehousing- Stock transfers
Liaise and interfacing with Operations on urgent orders to meet customers’ needs.
Using SFDC tool to ensure planning of NPI in accordance with launch timelines
Prepare Monthly reports to support Pipeline and Portfolio review
Working closely with sales and marketing as part of the S&OP process to effectively manage inventory levels and any demand changes
Qualifications and skillsA Bachelor’s degree in a Supply Chain, Business / Commercial or related field
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Planning roles in Supply Chain function
Good working knowledge of ERP, MRP II and MS Office application skills. Experience in SAP PP module and APO is highly advantageous.
Advanced MS Office and systems skills
Good command of English

A solid communicator who can build strong relations and is not afraid to challenge decisions when see better alternatives or potential pitfalls.
Possess strong business acumen with deep operational insight as well as an open nature and collaborative mind-set that enable working cohesively with people from different functions and levels.
A motivated and driven individual with the core competencies required to succeed in a demanding and challenging working environment
Good problem solving and decision-making ability to enhance workflow efficiencies and effectiveness
