OurHuman Resource Payroll Service provides a centralised service and processes afortnightly payroll for all our employees from our Greenlane location inCentral Auckland.
The role:The primary responsibilities of the Assistant Payroll Accountant includeproviding a prompt, accurate and friendly service to ensure that all claims andqueries related to Continuing Professional Education expenses are processed ina timely manner and assisting the Payroll Accounting Manager in theirday-to-day operations. You will also have opportunityto get involved in on-going process improvement projects.
This is a permanent full time position based in Greenlane ClinicalCentre, Greenlane, working 8.30am to 5pm Monday to Friday.

be a self-motivated person with the ability toprioritise and manage your workflow
have a proactive approach with a high levelof initiative and attention to detail
be a team player who enjoys working in a busy teamand has the ability to build and maintain lasting relationships
have previous experience working in payrollaccounting including understanding of month end process
