Duties and Responsibilities:
Help motivate and lead a team to drive sales and reach KPI's
Visual Merchandising operations and displays
Managing high stock levels
Support the Store manager and Assistant Manager
Maintaining a high level of customer service and relationships

About You:
Driven and self motivated
Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure
Process driven with strong attention to detail
Articulate, high level of initiative and natural born leader
Exceptional time management and able to prioritise
