The Role:
We currently have a fantastic and challenging career opportunity for a motivated Assistant Manager to join our dynamic Front Office Team.
The Duties:
Reporting to the Director of Operations, You will provide assistance in all hotel operations, in addition to providing support and training in all Front Office related areas within the hotel. You will also be responsible for the entire hotel operations in the absence of senior management. You will be responsible for creating "It's a Pleasure..." attitude for the guest satisfaction by assisting them with all aspects of their stay from their arrival to their departure as well as related administrative duties.
The successful candidate needs to possess the following experience and skills:
As the first point of contact for the hotel, you are totally service driven.
You possess exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
You have sound financial capabilities.
The ability to multi-task and manage time efficiently
Ability to Identify new revenue opportunities
Challenge and influence hotel to improve service level and operational standards
Coach and mentor team members for professional development and career progression
Previous experience in a similar role and knowledge of OPERA PMS
Flexible to work on a 7 day rotating roster
