Management (Information & Communication Technology)We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Executive for Applications to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects and interfaces related to Clinical, Business Units, Operations systems and Corporate Functions systems as well as providing daily operation support. This role is critical to ensuring the seamless integration, functionality, and optimization of these systems in alignment with the organization's strategic goals.Project Management Involve in implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of clinical and operations systems for the Business Units or Corporate Function Support systemsCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure timely delivery of solutions.Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and documentation.Manage vendors and engage stakeholdersStay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in social, healthcare and digital transformation, and evaluate their potential for adoption by the organization.Systems Integration Manage interfaces for the application system to ensure smooth data flow and interoperability.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues promptly, collaborating with technical teams and vendors as necessary.Implement best practices for maintaining data integrity and system reliability.User Support and Training Provide end-user support for clinical and operations applications systems, addressing issues, and ensuring efficient resolution of problems.Develop and deliver training programs to enhance end-user proficiency in utilizing the application systems. * Create audio-visual training guidesSystem Configuration and Customization Define and configure application systems access controls to regulate user access based on business operations and security requirementsStay current with system updates, patches, and new features to recommend improvements and optimize system performance.Conduct periodic access reviews to ensure compliance and securityCollaboration and Communication:Work closely with Clinical and Operations Departments to understand business processes and identify opportunities for system enhancements.Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing concerns.Job Requirements Degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.Experience in working with system integrators to implement health care or clinical systemsKeen interest and focus on technology applications and innovation.Knowledge in healthcare data privacy and security regulationsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus.Company information Registration No.S83CS0191LReport this job advert Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.#J-18808-Ljbffr
