Hotel Lindrumis a unique 59 room boutique hotel that combines modern design with the ultimate in contemporary facilities and personalised service.
Lindrum is currently seeking an Assistant Manager to join their professional and dynamic Hotel. Reporting directly to the Operations Manager with regular access to the General Manager, you primary responsibility is ensuring a high level of guest service at all times across the hotel.

As an Assistant Manager, your tasks and responsibilities will consist of, but are not limited to the following:Take proactive role in food and beverage outlets
Process and assist with check-in, check-out of guests, ensuring all procedures are adhered too.
Lead by example when attending to guest requests. Be proactive and resourceful.
Take initiative to ensure that interactions with our customers are engaging, positive and productive.
Have the necessary skills and training to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers.
Provide guidance, support training and leadership to all employees.
Monitor training and offer guidance to employees whilst on shift.
Assist in all areas of the hotel to eliminate potential issues.
Responsibility for the health and safety of all patrons, guests and staff members.

Your ability to surprise our guests with your natural bright and bubbly customer service style is what sets you apart from the rest. You are naturally a confident person who is able to approach people and initiate conversation along with a strong knowledge of the hotel its and surrounding area.

The assistant manager role at Hotel Lindrum is so unique, it comprises with not just front office but inclusive of food and beverage as well. As an assistant manager you are also in charge of daily operations of food and beverage outlets.

You are able to manage your time and can handle juggling numerous tasks at once but still able to follow procedure and maintain a high awareness of security. You have an outcome driven approach to performance and results. Strive to achieve excellence in your field.

You have experience in Fidelio or Opera, Microsoft Word and Outlook. First Aid Certificate, CPR certificate and Responsible Service of Alcohol for the relevant state are required. You will be available to work varied shifts from early mornings to late evenings inclusive of night manager role, including weekends and Public Holidays as per our business demands.

The successful candidate will have unlimited work rights in Australia and be flexible to work 38 hours per week. You will have experience in a similar role or environment, preferably in hotels.
