Who you will work for:
Our client is a leader in medium density developments on a national scale. They have two major projects coming up (up to $50million in value) and are looking to add an Assistant Development Manager to their team.

What you will do:
Assist with acquisition, feasibility, design, construction, delivery and marketing;
Work closely with the Development Director to deliver medium density developments;
Prepare all relative documents; financial, council etc;
Attend all relative meetings with regard to projects;
Deliver luxury projects and make a mark on Melbournes property landscape

What you will need:
3+ years experience as an Assistant Development Manager within VIC
End-to-end experience in delivering medium density residential developments, ideally valued between $20million - $50million
Proficiency in EstateMaster, Timberline and Microsoft Project is ideal but not essential
