About Our Client
This company is well known in health industry looking for an Account Assistant to join their team and cover a 6 month maternity leave. Located in the North Shore.
Job Description
Your day to day duties will be:
Accounts payable - end to end
Accounts receivable - end to end
Bank reconciliation
Credit card reconciliation
Cashflow
Ad hock tasks
Would be an advantage if you can run payroll/process staff expenses to assist the team
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for someone with the following skills and attributes;
Experience as an assistant accountant within a large organization
Someone who is detail focused and is accurate with their work
Reliable and excited to hit the ground running
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Solutions focused
Have NZ working rights
Clean credit and police check
