Excellent North Shore opportunity for experienced Assistant AccountantYour new company
One of New Zealand's Largest Facilities Management companies is looking for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join their team. With around 500 staff and the management of many sights NZ wide this organisation has an exciting new opportunity to join a large finance team based on the North Shore.Your new role
As the new assistant accountant you will hit the ground running. Having had experience in previous roles you will help mentor a junior assistant accountant. You will have varied responsibilities including:Accounts Payable
Balance sheet reconciliations
Preparation of profit and loss statements
Process general ledger journals
Accounts receivable

What you'll need to succeed
At least 2 years experience in a Small to Medium Sized Organisation as an Assistant Accountant
Accounts Payable background
Experience with mentoring is a bonus
Experience with Xero, Sun or SAP Accounting a benefit but not mandatory
