My client is a global industry leader in the construction industry.

Growth within the industry has led to a boom in business so they are needing an extra pair of hands during this peak season on a temporary basis
They offer a close-knit team culture with modern offices and parking on site
An experienced Assistant Accountant needed for a 6 month contract

The Role

As the Assistant Accountant you will report directly into the Financial Controller.
Your duties will include:
Accounts Payables
Accounts Receivables
Preparing journal entries
Bank reconciliations
Monthly reporting
General ledger reconciliations
Fixed-asset maintenance
Ad-hoc duties

Your Profile

At least 5 years' experience working in as an Assistant Accountant or similar
Ability to work seamlessly with minimal supervision, but also relish the opportunity to collaborate with the team
Exceptional excel skills and experience using larger ERP systems
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines
