Assist. Baker/ Pastry Chef , Chef Or Chocolatier

We are Looking for a relyable Baker PASTRY CHEF/ assistant CHOCOLATIER or someone who LOVES TO bake and work with chocolate and is a quick learner, for the production of the Christmas range. Our Main products are handcrafted specialtiy biscuits, gingerbread type products and a range of artisan handcrafted chocolates products. Your job is to assist in the production, however may include some packaging and cleaning tasks. Need to be physically fit, self motivated, have eye for details and of positive energy. Great opportunity to deepen your knowledge about chocolate and gluten free baking and get to know some locals while enjoying the surroundings..... the chocolate is just the icing on the cake!
Be prepared to get stuck in, its christmas. START AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. We are offering help to find accomodation and get settled in ...food provided if you like or cook your own. . Rural location, 10 min to town, 15 min to the beautiful local beacehs (by car) There are buses running now on our road but a car will make you more independent.
position is full time till christmas and during the Easter time, with a summerbreak of approx 6 weeks. (from christmas until the begin of february) position available till Easter 2021 . Negotialble after that.
