We will also look at candidates without roading experience who are willing to be trained for these rolesThe roles we are looking to fill include:•Asphalt Operators & Labourers – with class 2 or 4 licences preferred but not essential•Roller operators with asphalt experience •Chip Sealing Operators & Labourers including chip runners•Construction Operators & Labourers with knowledge of boxing/footpath prepSkills & Experience:•A commitment to health and safety •Relevant industry experience in road surfacing and preferably hold relevant qualifications (i.e. Dangerous Goods Endorsement, Safe Bitumen Handling)•Clean licences preferably at least Class 1 and WTR•A flexible approach towards satisfying the customer, working the hours required to do the job and be team players.•Good communications skills are important. •A reasonable standard of fitness is required for all roles due to the high physical demands of this job.What we offer:•Competitive Hourly Rate•On-going training and development •Fletchers Benefits Programme, including discounted health insurance, family scholarships & share schemes.
