Area Manager - Hawkes Bay & Gisborne

FMG has an exciting and rare opportunity for a passionate sales leader to become an Area Manager in the Hawkes Bay / Gisborne region to lead and coach a high performing and engaged sales team!
Reporting to the Head of Advice & Sales (North Island), based in our Hastings office and leading our Hawkes Bay / Gisborne based teams, this role will be responsible for providing operational leadership to the local dedicated sales team and lead the business plan and growth strategy for this region!
This role will also play a key role in the coaching of the regional sales team to continue to cultivate our high performing culture.

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Demonstrated experience leading and coaching successful sales professionals;
Strong business acumen, as well as affinity to both rural NZ and the region;
Experience in both influencing, building and managing meaningful and strong relationships with both internal and external customers and,
Demonstrated ability to drive a strong, values driven, engaged culture!
