The Role:Carrying out consultancy services to clients in the areas of design and documentation for architectural projects as agreed with the Manager Architecture.

Providing excellence customer service and seeking new opportunities to further develop the business.
Take a lead role in mentoring of junior staff and assisting them in the development of their skills.
Carry out design and documentation in accordance with the project brief leading the project team as appropriate to produce excellent design outcomes.
Produce full working documentation utilising proficient REVIT skills.
Produce presentation materials using manual, 3D modelling and other image manipulation computer software.

Skills and Experience:B. Arch, Registered Architect in New Zealand, or equivalent registration with a recognised overseas body.
Extensive professional experience as an Architect
Experience across a wide range of building types and construction methods requiring complex design solutions, complex integration of construction elements and coordination of all building disciplines.
Strong organisational ability to optimise and prioritise conflicting demands in a busy environment, to achieve deadlines and see responsibilities through to completion.
Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
