About the company & role
This established Architecture Practice has been in business for the past 35 years and they continue to have a strong pipeline of projects and presence in the market. They are a leader in residential master planning, urban design and construction industry and are currently looking for an Architect to join their team.

You will have experience working on multi-unit residential projects. You will be working in a team of two or autonomously. This role is offering a salary of$90K - $100K,depending on level of experience.

Skills/experience:
Practical experience using ArchiCAD, however, open to training the right candidate who uses other BIM software
Minimum 3 years of post-registration experience

Experience working on large-scale residential developments including apartment buildings, terrace houses and single houses
Strong design skills
Urban design and master planning experience is advantageous
