Arborist (Oamaru)

Description

Our client is a New Zealand asset management and infrastructure contracting company. It boasts many years of practical experience managing and constructing electricity, waste and environmental utility assets. They specialise in providing effective maintenance, renewal and construction services.
At present we require a Qualified Arborist to help keep the trees in Oamaru’s parks and reserves under control.
Requirements

Your Main Responsibilities Will Include:
Pruning And Maintaining Trees
Using Chainsaws
Maintaining Grounds
Health & Safety Awareness
To be successful for this role you will have completed a course as an Arborist, have a strong work ethic and able to jump in and get the job done. This role requires you to have a good level of fitness and be a team player.
Applicants for this position must have NZ residency or a valid NZ work permit.
