Appointment Maker

Well established NZ owned company seeking a superstar to join the team.
Put simply, your role is to ensure the smooth running of everything associated with one of our clients. Its designed to free up their time to get on with the business of developing new business and build on existing relationships. The role is demanding and requires someone with a high degree of time management and an innate ability to juggle several priority tasks at once.
You will be making outbound calls to make quality leads / appointments to be passed onto the sales team to convert into business.
You'll be supporting the sales team with:
Contacting and liaising with clients Cold Calling Managing client base and renewals General administrative support Customer service Diary management YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead (demand) Generation Booking Appointments over the phone with new clients Creating New Client Relationships ABOUT YOU: Must have the ability to communicate with executives confidently Must have outstanding English speaking skills Must be self-motivated and a self-starter Must have excellent interpersonal skills Must have an excellent and professional phone manner Must work well under pressure What can we offer you? Shifts are from 12pm to 4pm / 12pm to 5pm / 12pm to 8pm / 5pm to 8pm.
