We currently offer Plumbing, Gasfitting, Drainlaying and Electrical apprenticeships throughout New Zealand.
Please note we can only provide apprenticeships to applicants with New Zealand residency
Plumbing
Licensed plumbers and drainlayers install and maintain the pipes, fixtures, and fittings that supply water, as well as set up, modify and repair drains for waste removal. Whether this is on large commercial construction sites or in a residential setting, plumbing and drainlaying is a hands-on trade which requires technical knowledge and logical thinking.
Gasfitters
Licensed gasfitters install and maintain the pipes, fixtures, and fittings that supply gas as well as set up, modify and repair gas fittings. Whether this is on large commercial construction sites or in a residential setting, gasfitting is a hands-on trade which requires technical knowledge and logical thinking.
Drainlayers
Licensed drainlayers lay and repair sewage and stormwater pipes, and install and repair wastewater treatment systems. Drainlaying projects can take place on large commercial construction sites, or in a small scale residential setting. As a highly hands-on trade, drainlaying requires a high level of fitness, safety consciousness, and problem-solving skills.
Electricians
Electricians install, maintain and repair electrical wiring, systems, and equipment. Electrical projects can take place on industrial sites, large commercial construction sites as well as residential households. As a hands-on trade, electrical apprentices require sound problem-solving skills and a good understanding of maths and physics.
