We are looking for an Applications Support Analyst who can:Provide expert day-to-day support for our portfolio of applications and foster a knowledge-sharing culture.Complete configuration changes, deliver enhancements and upgrades, create automated workflows with Dynamics 365 and other tools, document every change according to our information-management guidelines, and assist with testing.Ensure all applications are secured and configured to support defined business processes while maintaining the correct access controls and audit trails.Maintain vendor integrations and support calls, escalate and resolve issues, and provide hands-on support during deployments and production operations.About YouWe're looking for someone with:Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, and in configuring and supporting CRM platforms.Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with a customer-focused mindset.Proven relationship management skills and the ability to build trust with internal and external stakeholders.Hands-on ability to facilitate and resolve complex business and technical issues.A relevant tertiary qualification or industry accreditation and knowledge of local/central government systems (desirable).About UsAt Hutt City Council our vision is to build a connected, resilient and inclusive city where all our people thrive.
