Our client is a genuine and trusted organisation that is focused on the wellbeing of New Zealanders, providing support and services to families and communities across the country.Currently, they are looking to improve the IT infrastructure of the company and require a highly experienced Applications Support Engineer to offer technical support in the use of 40+ applications that are implemented across the organisations’ several business units and branches.Role will include such tasks as:Providing technical support throughout the businessManaging Admin and User PermissionsIdentifying and Evaluating Technology SolutionsIdentifying Potential IssuesProblem solve and trouble shootWorking within values that exude integrity, transparency, selflessness and compassion, this role is one that is key in ensuring a more efficient and streamlined experience for all employees throughout the organisation.
