As an experienced Application Support professional, your skills include:
Analysis & problem solving

Technical form design
Change control and release procedures
HTML, VBA, XML, CSS, JavaScript, Crystal Reports
SQL Queries and scripting
Microsoft platform and applications
Excellent time management
A great team-worker
Customer focused
Your track record with IT Applications Support should include at least three years of relevant experience including application configuration, testing and and analysis.
Other skills sought include; the ability to critically evaluate information from multiple sources, decomposing high-level information into functional requirements and abstracting low level information to provide a more general understanding.
