About the Role
This is a Player coach role leading a team of CRM experts in the delivery and operation of the Vectors customer applications services. You’ll be supporting Vectors value stream model and will require hands on activity within a Scrum team, developing and operating a wide range of customer applications. You’ll be bringing your combination of both technical and people skills with you and will provide practice leadership to create a Centre of Excellence around customer applications and capability. Own the CRM application lifecycle and contribute to the application roadmaps and contribute to overall digital capability within Vector!
What we are looking for
Bring with you your previous hands development or support of Salesforce (ideally), Siebel or related CRM application environment. You’ll have some experience in leading an Application Support Team. You’ll have a working knowledge in current and potential future policies, trends, developments affecting business today. You’ve got solid application road mapping and lifecycle management skills. You’ll have worked within enterprise agile practices, particularly Scrum and Kanban and are known for your strengths in communication, stakeholder management & problem solving.
