Our IT team is seeking an enthusiastic and self-motivated Analyst to join our Auckland office.
What will your typical day look like?
As part of the IT team, you will be working to provide administrative support for Applications and Databases at Deloitte New Zealand.
You will provide business as usual SQL database and software support from development to production as well as disaster recovery. You will also be responsible for providing 2nd . 3rd level support for business critical applications along with monitoring and maintaining software and databases and also taking ownership of incidents from points of escalation through to resolution.

Enough about us, let's talk about you. To be successful in this role you will have:
Minimum two years' experience in a full time IT role
Good overall problem solving and trouble shooting skills
Ability to prioritise and work unsupervised when required
The ability to communicate effectively at all levels both verbally and in writing
Exceptional level of customer service and builds strong relationships with key stakeholders and other team members
You will also have experience with the following technologies:
Windows Server 2012, 2016
Application troubleshooting
Vmware
SQL Server 2012, 2014
SQL Server Management Studio
