The RN manages patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating, and reports directly to a designated nurse manager or supervisor.Education: Graduate of an approved nursing school with current registration in Massachusetts.
A Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing is required for newly licensed nurses.Experience: 1 year of procedural experience preferred; 5 years of ICU experience required if no procedural experience.Certifications: ACLS certification required.Other: Membership in professional organizations is recommended; certification in a specialty area is encouraged.Availability: Able to work on-call hours per the MNA contract, with specific response times: 30 minutes for Neuro IR call, 1 hour for ANGIO call.
