We are seeking Aluminium Fabricators to join Extrastaff Limited.

Flexibility in work locations is preferred, as you may be required to work across various sites in the country.Responsibilities:Study, understand, and review job sheet drawings and specifications to determine requirements.Complete work according to job sheet drawings and the schedule set by the Factory Manager.Follow company procedures and training for:Preparing aluminium stock for fabricationCutting aluminium using hand tools and machinesAssembling parts and joining metals through bolting, riveting, and other techniquesFixing hardware and fitting linersGlazing and finishing products for deliveryManaging stores, raw materials, and waste by-productsInstall aluminium structures and cladding onsite.Maintain equipment and tools.Keep work areas tidy and safe.Attend to workstation safety checks and report issues.Assist colleagues and handle logistics like moving frames and loading/unloading vehicles.Participate in stock takes and general workplace cleanliness.Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks as needed.Perform other related duties as a Aluminium Joinery Fabricator.Skills and Experience:Preferably 2+ years in metal fabrication or relevant NZQA Level 4 qualification; candidates with minimal experience and willingness to learn are also encouraged.Friendly, reliable, with good time management and work ethic.Committed to learning and skill development.Knowledge of health and safety procedures.Conditions:Pay: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour.Hours: Minimum of 30 hours guaranteed per week.Location: Multiple locations across New Zealand, including Auckland, Wellington, Canterbury, and others.Type: Permanent, full-time position.If interested, please send your resume and a brief cover letter outlining your experience.
