Airbnb Property Manager - Part-Time

As an Airbnb Manager, you will be in charge of meeting our guests and showing them into their Airbnbs when they arrive. You will also be responsible for performing an initial inspection before the guests arrive to make sure their Airbnb is perfect. This is an integral part of our service as it's what makes us stand out from the competition. You will also be in charge of communicating with guests at times, and reporting an issues found during the inspection to management or the cleaners.
On top of that, you will be provided with a 50 cc scooter to make the job easier (and more fun!) We manage CBD apartments only so a scooter is the perfect vehicle for the job.
What we are looking for in the perfect Airbnb Manager is someone that is:
Reliable and trustworthy Process-orientated/ analytic thinking Can perform well under pressure Attentive to details Well presented and top-notch customer service skills Excellent spoken and written English Has a full driver's license Comfortable driving a 50 cc scooter!
We have a few different shifts available - these can be rotated with other staff every other week as well:
Thursday - Friday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm (10 hours)
Monday - Wednesday: 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm (15 hours)
Monday - Wednesday: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm (15 hours)
Thursday - Sunday: 5:00 pm - 10:00 pm (20 hours)
