As we expand our team, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Air Conditioning Installer to join our growing team.Key Responsibilities:Install, commission and service air conditioning and ventilation equipment, ensuring high standards of safety and quality.Collaborate with the team to execute project plans and deliver HVAC systems that meet or exceed customer specifications.Provide technical guidance and leadership to junior team members when required.Maintain accurate records and documentation of all installations and services performed.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent communication and exceptional service.Essential Qualifications & Experience:NZ Residency and valid NZ driver's license.Hold an EST or Full Practicing License.Proven experience in installing HVAC systems and delivering high-quality results.Excellent communication skills with the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.What We Offer:A highly competitive remuneration package, based on your experience and qualifications $32-$48 per hour (time and a half for overtime).Good work-life balance, enjoy a Monday–Friday role with optional weekend overtime.Company vehicle and phone provided (laptop where required).A supportive, team-focused environment where your contributions are valued.Opportunities for professional growth and further training.If you are an experienced HVAC professional with a strong work ethic and a passion for delivering exceptional installations, we want to hear from you.To Apply: Please submit your cover letter explaining why you would be an ideal candidate for this role, along with your CV.
