Agile Project Manager Procurement Projects In the Senior Agile Project Manager role you play a key role in ensuring our clients change initiatives deliver high value to their customers which by association plays a core part in enabling the company strategy Specificall you will be delivering an enterprise Procument System and Process Project Experience in driving Project Delivery across Procurement projects is seen as EXTREMELY ADVANTAGEOUS This role has you positioned as a leader within the Business Technology team and you will play an important part in lighting the path forward for delivery and directing team activity toward achieving shared goals There is occasional travel between Auckland and Sydney Average travel frequency is around once every 68 weeks depending on the project and team composition Only those who can manage that frequency need apply Day to day Use our clients project delivery frameworks to facilitate and manage the endtoend delivery process Collaborate with relevant stakeholders and build strong relationships to enable delivery Facilitate relevant activities and conversations between key parties to ensure alignment and a shared journey through the delivery process Partner with the Experience Design Lead to ensure Design Thinking is a core component of agile delivery feeding into and informing the product initiative backlog Selection Criteria Tertiary degree qualification in IT HR Marketing Communications or related or equivalent experience Related industry credentials or certifications a plus e g PMI org Scrum org or ICAgile certifications Training in Design Thinking and or Human Centred Design would be ideal Experience At least 5 years of experience in delivering agile projects and or scrum master experience Experience delivering Procurement Systems and Process Projects in Enterprise environments The past experience driving change across enterprise and distributed internal business functions Competencies Understands how scrum works has facilitated scrum before can kickstart the process from scratch and can help coach the team in the process Understanding of agile budgeting Understands agile approaches to project management Knows PM methods but isn t a purist Design Thinking sprint facilitation If you feel you are aligned to this role do not hesitate contact Barry Hardy from Imara on 0276544653at your earliest convenience to explore the role further www imara co nz
