Reference: 5142851We are currently seeking an experienced Agile Project Manager to join our National Office team, in the CBD of Auckland.You will have primary responsibility for the successful delivery of assigned projects which will include all phases of the projects lifecycle (applying agile principles and methods, as well as more traditional project methods), people leadership, resource planning and management, project & governance reporting, stakeholder's management and ensuring operational/ day-to-day delivery of all project tasks/deliverables to deliver as expected.This is a full time role. Our people embrace our values - Responsibility, Respect, Teamwork and Aspiration.What we're searching for:A minimum of 5 years project management experience across multiple frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean and WaterfallUniversity degree in the field of computer science or a related fieldDemonstrated experience working within the Finance and Procurement spaceFormal project management training and certification, preferably Agile PM Practitioner CertificationExperience in coaching the project team and the wider business community through the adoption of Agile principleExperience in the application of Facilitated Workshops, MoSCoW, Prioritisation, Iterative Development, Timeboxing, ModellingExperience of using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, RealtimeBoard, Agile CardsExperience overseeing the design, development and implementation of software and hardware solutions, systems or productsStrong people and project management skills including planning, financial forecasting, managing resources, managing vendors and managing risks and issuesHave lead projects through all phases of project life cycles (including in Agile project delivery environments), including post implementation support (bubble support)Extremely organized with excellent communication skillsHow Southern Cross Hospitals "treats you well!":Subsidised health insuranceChristmas and New Year breaksFlexible working hoursCompetitive remuneration packagesSituated in the CBD, close to Britomart and ferry transport hubsA competitive employee wellness programmeInnovative, modern and high-tech we put our employee and patient wellbeing first.
