Job Description

Reporting to the Deputy CTO, the Agile Facilitators will use their broad knowledge and insights to grow capability and unlock the potential within the team by guiding different ways of working to realise best practice for themselves and the environment.
This is a fixed-term opportunity, termed for 12 months.
Some of the key accountabilities include:
Mentoring and guiding teams into the agile methodology, providing people with feedback and means of improvement, catalysing organisational growth and answering questions when required.
Organise and facilitate ceremonies designed to enable delivery teams to understand and achieve common objectives while employing techniques that encourage active participation.
Provide support including administrative support and coordination support to help resolve delivery impediments,
Promote and implement agile principles and practices across all levels and departments in an organisation where opportunities exist to be realised.

About you
We are looking for a highly skilled expert who can demonstrate a solid work history in mentoring, coaching and training delivery teams in agile methods. They will have an excellent knowledge of methodologies such as Scrum, XP, Kanban, Lean, Systems thinking etc. and experience with a range of project implementations.
In addition, you will be up to date on the most current thought leadership on agile approaches and will exhibit well-developed facilitation skills.
