After School Care/School Holiday Assistant Supervisor - Glenfield

We are currently looking for positive, highly motivated and energetic people to join our team, helping to cover ten schools in the Auckland North Shore area. The role is full-on and varied, with no two days the same.
You will be working at After School Programmes at one of our centres within the Albany, Greenhithe, Glenfield or Dairy Flat areas (we'll sort you as close to home as we can). You will be responsible for looking after primary-aged children, supervising homework, play activities & afternoon tea. You need to be trustworthy, punctual & love smiling, sometimes acting like a child but thinking like an adult.You will need to identify with the following qualities: Target orientated (you like to achieve & exceed your targets) Sense of humour and positive attitude Confidence and enthusiasm Ability to quickly learn new skills & systems Conscientious work ethic and proven self-discipline A commitment to achieving high standards Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The job is 3 - 5 days/week, 2:45pm til 5.00pm - 6.00pm, based on your own availability. Training for the role is provided and ongoing. With this being our 20th year in the industry, we are looking to make this a year to remember.
You do need to be able to make a face to face interview, with training to start upon commencement for the successful candidate, ready to roll in the fourth Term of 2019 and beyond!
You will also need to pass a police check. It is desirable that applicants have their restricted or above driver's licence and their own reliable transport. A First Aid Certificate will be required, but we will sort this course out with you if you do not have this already.
