About this role
Make history with us
As New Zealand’s environmental regulator, the work we do today helps shape the future of Aotearoa.
New Zealand’s economy relies on organisms that are not native to New Zealand. We need to assess and manage the risks of introducing new organisms into New Zealand. We manage risks to the environment, the health and safety of people, Maori culture and traditions, and the market economy from organisms that are new to New Zealand. If you want to make a significant, lasting contribution to the well-being of New Zealanders then this could be the opportunity you have been waiting for.
