Ko ta matou mahi -?Our Role Based in our Hobsonville office you will be part of a growing team responsible for the commercial, financial and contract management of Urban Development and Delivery projects. You will be responsible for: Supporting the management of the day-to-day workload within the contracts team, acting as the first point of contact for all new contractual queries;Providing timely and accurate contractual advice to contract owners and related stakeholders across the business;Managing, updating and maintaining contract registers and databases;Monitoring contract compliance and providing information and education where required to drive continuous improvement. Nga pumanawatanga ou - What you will bring Relevant professional tertiary qualifications and a minimum of 3-5 years of equivalent, directly related work experience in contract management, advisory services, procurement and/or administration;Demonstrated experience working with systems and processes to automate and lift the quality of contract management and drive continuous improvement;Experience navigating and operating in a regulated environment, experience working constructively across functions and a track record of building and maintaining the trust of all stakeholders;Experience supporting large infrastructure projects and knowledge of the Alliance delivery model would be beneficial.
