Reporting to the Regional Manager, your role will be to coordinate the delivery of ASB's products and services to branch-based customers through proactive leadership, management, and development of our frontline team, ensuring unbeatable customer outcomes.
Your people engagement skills and ability to build strong relationships will be pivotal in fostering successful team environments where individuals feel they belong and can achieve their true potential.
You will motivate your team to provide the best customer experience in the market and drive growth.
Maintaining existing relationships to retain business is vital, as is your ability to cultivate new opportunities for the Bank.
You will be digitally brave, a strategic thinker, a motivational leader, and able to improvise in this fast-paced, ever-changing banking environment.
Extensive banking experience and confidence to operate in a highly regulated environment are essential for success.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract, working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
