Qualifications

Master's degree or higher (PhD preferred) in the relevant domain or a related field (can be currently enrolled).
Research experience, including peer-reviewed publications, patents, conference presentations, research grants, or industry R&D contributions.
Proficiency in reading and writing in English with minimal errors.
Bonus: AI model training experience is helpful but not required.
Compensation
Pay rates range from $30 to $50 per hour USD, depending on geographic location and expertise.
Higher rates may be available for PhDs and based on performance.
Additional incentives may apply for certain projects.
