The purpose of the Administrator, Student Development and Partnership (SDP) is to provide efficient and effective administrative services to the SDP team including support of MyHub, Massey's online student support portal.

The role is based within the Deputy Vice-Chancellor, Students and Global Engagement portfolio, specifically within the Student Experience Office. The Administrator will be a key support team member of a productive and collaborative team.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

The administration of MyHub including the MyCareers, MyDevelopment and MyWellbeing sections
Liaising with NZUniTalent regarding job opportunities available to students
Providing event support to the SDP team
General and financial administration.
Our ideal candidate will:
Demonstrate awareness of Te Tiriti o Waitangi, its relevance in relation to the work of the University and its contribution to Aotearoa New Zealand society
Have relevant qualification or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and education/training
Have strong IT skills
Have experience in providing administrative support to a team of professionals.
This position is full-time and could be based on any one of our three campuses.
