About the role
We are looking for an experienced receptionist who is highly organised, pleasantly efficient, and thrives in a busy environment to join our team located at the Richmond Health Hub.
Duties will vary on a weekly basis, but will include reception, triaging calls, data entry and other administrative tasks. It will be important that you respect patient confidentiality and have demonstrated the ability to manage a busy, multitasking workload, while remaining calm under pressure.
This is a fixed-term, full-time, position working 80 hours a fortnight until 28thJune 2019, due to the service undergoing a review. Your usual hours of work will be between 8.00AM and 5.00PM Monday-Friday, however there may be some flexibility available.
It will be important that you're available to start as soon as possible.
About you
You will be a bright, outgoing self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service.
Accurate computer and data entry skills are essential, as is your willingness to learn new software and demonstrate an appropriate level of initiative.
