Either way, we are looking for people who enjoy a challenge and keen to use these skills. You will need good IT skills and have a great eye for detail along with strong problem-solving abilities.Your key responsibilities will include:Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting and analysis
Investigate, and take ownership for the end-to-end resolution of customer queries
Review of trends and insights that may improve the performance
Update data on a daily basis to ensure accurate information is delivered in a timely manner
Provide input as required into the Customer Service Centre’s quality assurance and audit requirements
Ensuring all service request are completed
Maintain an internal database
You will need:Strong analytical skills, with the ability to work with both qualitative and quantitative information
Clear and confident communicator with strong verbal reasoning skills
Methodical and process driven approach, with the ability to plan and prioritise
A fast learner
Effective problem-solving skills, with a solution focus
Computer literate, and the ability to work with multiple systemsGreat eye for detail
