The role and opportunity
AgResearch is looking for an Admin extraordinaire to provide operational and administrative support to Senior Leadership within the Infrastructure Group at AgResearch. Based in Lincoln, this full-time permanent role offers the opportunity to work closely with the Infrastructure Management team across Farms, Facilities and Engineering.
What you will be doing
This role reports to the National Manager Farms and offers a variety of tasks supporting the Infrastructure Management Team. As an experienced administrator, you will be able to manage multiple priorities and work styles and have strong organisational skills.
A large focus of the role includes:
Invoice creation, accounts payable and receivable, monthly expense claims, capex requests and purchase orders.
Coordinating, preparing and collating meeting agendas; taking minutes at team and management meetings.
Booking and coordinating travel for the Managers and their teams.
Assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
Providing administrative support to the wider Infrastructure Group as required.
Your ideal background
At least 5 years of Administration experience supporting Senior Leaders.
Experience with invoice creation and accounts payable/receivable.
Experience within a Crown Research Institute would be an advantage.
Advanced MS Office skills and MS Dynamics NAV (preferred).
Work collaboratively and build trusted work relationships.
Proactive approach, highly organised and a strong communicator.
