Many of our clients have indicated they will have a need for varying levels of administrators over the coming period. These roles could range from receptionist to executive assistants supporting the senior management teams.
The opportunity:
We are looking for strong and experienced administrators to help support our clients with upcoming summer ventures across all levels in temporary assignments.
These administration assignments could involve things such as: coordination, sales support, data entry and management, document management, reception, medical administration, scheduling, accounts administration, executive assistants, personal assistant and team administration.
If you have recently lost employment due to COVID-19 this may be a good opportunity to get into a new role quickly. Majority of our temp assignments require full time hours, and some have an opportunity to gain permanent employment!
About you:
A reliable individual who has great written and verbal communication skills
Great computer aptitude (MS Suite and outlook experience is a must)
System experience is an advantage (SAP, CRM, widely used payroll systems)
Immediate availability is preferred
You will ideally have at least 1 years’ experience in an administration role
