About the role
This is a permanent part-time position available, working 20 hours a week, typically worked Monday-Friday between the hours of 9.00AM -3.00PM. This role is based at Nelson Hospital.
You will be working within multi-disciplinary teams including a range of health professionals and administration staff. Your duties will include, but are not limited to: ensuring patient documentation is maintained and up to date, booking appointments and follow-ups and typing. You will also be expected to assist the other administrative staff by covering periods of leave and sickness.
The starting salary for Administration Support is $36,923 per annum.
Please note as part of our recruitment process you may be required to undertake a computer skills assessment.
About you
You will have well developed administration and interpersonal skills. You will be self-motivated, have excellent time management skills, and will enjoy the challenge of multi-tasking and prioritising their work. Previous administration experience, a strong degree of computer literacy and the ability to work autonomously are essential.
