Administration Sales Leads - Casual Role

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Email communication with interior designers who have sourced memo samples
Updating the status of all emails in our database
Working through a list of sales leads to completion
Liaison with our customer services team regarding some of the sales leads
Reporting progress to our US Sales and Marketing Manager

Someone used to working in teams
Highly organised and with a strong attention to detail
Able to multitask and prioritise work
Able to communicate well in English both orally and written, excellent spelling is a must
Have excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office
Experienced in providing customer service, maybe previously worked in administrative roles
Self-motivated and good at follow up
A quick learner
