Our team consists of talented and skilled individuals, all of whom play an important role in helping us to be New Zealand's leading provider of quality private healthcare services.About the role | Mo te turanga:We currently have a full-time permanent role within our Cytology department, reporting to the Head of Department.The role primarily involves ensuring patient and test information is accurately recorded, answering telephone inquiries, data entry and filing.Assisting patients in the Fine Needle Aspiration clinic.Collating and retrieving cases/reports for multidisciplinary review meetings and other administrative duties as they arise.We are looking for an enthusiastic, capable, team player with a high attention to detail. Previous Healthcare experience is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided.Preferred candidates will have the following skills and attributes:Good computer skills.Healthcare experience.Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.The ability to work in a methodical manner adhering to strict quality procedures.Not afraid of needles and blood.The ability to work well in a team environment.Must have eligibility to work in NZ.Please note that we will review applications as we receive them.
