An opportunity has come up for a skilled Administrator Coordinator to join the Acute and Medical Services.
This role will be supporting the Faster Cancer Treatment initiative. The role is to coordinate and manage the multidiscipline meetings for the cancer streams. The multidiscipline meetings are an important forum for the speciality clinicians, radiologists, pathologists, oncologists, and nursing staff to review and discuss the diagnosis and treatment opportunities for an individual who has been referred to secondary care with a high suspicion of cancer. The role has important network connections across the Central Region.
We are looking for someone with several years experience in a busy role, and it is essential that you have the following skills:
Competent in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook & Powerpoint), plus computer savvy to learn the other software packages used.
Understanding in the process and systems for video conferencing with the cancer centres and data capture within the patient management system
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of people - internally and externally.- Multi tasking ability
Self motivated, with the ability to prioritise your own workload, as well as work as part of the team.
Outstanding customer service skills.
