Principle Duties & Responsibilities
Working in one of our banking client premises
General office administrative procedures including but not limited to order stationery, printed matters, office supplies, corporate mobile / sim card arrangement and courier services arrangement, etc and ensure smooth execution on an on-going basis
Handle office facilities / equipment maintenance
Handle hotline and e-mail enquiries
Perform ad hoc projects as assigned
Verification and data input of expense claims
