12 month contract with February start

20-22p/h hourly rate

The opportunity
A proud New Zealand company with a strong footprint in their niche market, this company is looking for a strong administrator to join their team on a contract basis. Covering a 12 month period of maternity leave, this is a varied position and a crucial one to the smooth running of the team. Working closely with multiple areas of the company, this is a role that will keep you consistently busy and engaged with the purpose of the company. This role is also based on reception, so you’ll need to be comfortable meeting and greeting customers.

The role will involve
Scanning and checking invoices
Providing admin support to the quality control team
Liaising with shipping companies
Ensuring documentation is completed accurately
Ordering supplies
Covering reception and answering calls

Ideal skills & experience
Experience in an office environment
High attention to detail and an accurate typist
Welcoming personality
Willingness to learn
