Admin & Sales Role

This role requires someone who:
Is able to work with Xero, MYOB and Geo-Op.
Can process data entry and payroll.
Can balance to the dollar.
Can answer phones.
Can pick up mistakes.
Who strives to provide exceptional client service.
Works well in a team environment and by themselves.
We have a group of small companies which consists of Driven Ltd (4x residential rentals with 8 tenants to maintain), AV Installations Ltd (2x technicians), Frankish Electrical (2x electricians), A HiFi store, and small takeaway shop.
We are based in New Brighton, the applicant is expected to work from our New Brighton shop and to manage the business unsupervised at times.
Our current office lady is wrapping up in September and will provide training from her Hornby home, there is a bit to learn due to our range of business's.
An NZ drivers license and fluent English are paramount to attaining this role. The boss can be difficult sometimes but always means well ;)
